Wuhu Jiuhong Heavy Industry 0.8MW/1.864MWh Energy Storage Power Station

On February 28, the 0.8MW/1.864MWh user-side energy storage power station project of Wuhu Jiuhong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. started construction in Fanchang District, Wuhu City. The project was undertaken by Anhui Hanxing Energy Co., Ltd. It is another typical user-side energy storage project built by Hanxing Energy in the Yangtze River Delta region. It is also an important practice for Fanchang District to implement the national "dual carbon" strategy and promote the optimization of energy structure.

【Technical Highlights】

The project uses 8 100KW/233KWh industrial and commercial energy storage liquid-cooled integrated machines independently developed and produced by Hanxing Energy. The system integrates lithium iron phosphate battery technology and has efficient thermal management and intelligent operation and maintenance functions.

The power station is built on a 60m² site inside the factory. By "shaving the peak and filling the valley" to adjust the enterprise's electricity load, it can effectively reduce the peak electricity cost. At the same time, it is equipped with multiple safety protection systems to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

【Project benefits】

According to calculations, after the completion of this project, 900,000 kWh of green electricity can be released annually, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 732.6 tons, and the average annual income is about 500,000 yuan. In 15 years, a total of 13.5 million kWh of green electricity can be released, with a total income of several million yuan. This model will greatly improve the energy efficiency of enterprises and inject new momentum into the green transformation of traditional manufacturing industries.
